Our mission is to improve the energy efficiency of homes and provide relief from the need of enviromentally harmful power plants for the electric delivery companies.
 
As environmental concerns and energy costs increase, we are ready to help homeowners and the utilities conserve energy.  We are currently helping consumers in Texas and plan to enter programs in other states.  All of these programs are free because of the utilities effort to reduce energy and avoid blackouts as demand grows.  IT IS FREE because the utilities are purchasing the energy savings we have provided you.  So why not take advantage while it lasts???
Company history
R&L Energy Technology is an approved project sponsor and sub-contractor for the Texas programs and has done thousands of and single family homes and apartments in Texas for various Electric Public Utilities for three years.  Our firm is fully insured and uses products that meet or exceed guidelines of Texas Department of Community Affairs (TDHCA). 
 

We have a Home Energy Rater(#303) on staff.  A Home Energy Rater is specialized in performing a standardized evaluation of the energy efficiency of your home. The evaluation includes:

  • on site inspections
  • air leakage test of your home and  duct work
  • computer analysis
  • estimated savings
  • home energy rating
